Kari Nealeigh is a Colorado-based Commercial Real Estate Broker known for her strategic, detail-driven approach to investment and advisory work. With a background spanning design, finance, and real estate operations, Kari brings a uniquely holistic perspective to every transaction she supports.
Born and raised in Denver, Kari has deep market knowledge across the metro area and surrounding regions. Her early training in interior design sharpened her eye for value and functionality, while her experience in finance and default servicing built a strong foundation in risk analysis, structure, and execution. Together, these disciplines shape her ability to evaluate properties beyond surface-level metrics.
Kari’s real estate career began on the financial side of foreclosures in 2007 and evolved into hands-on investing and brokerage work. She became licensed as a real estate broker in 2020 and has since expanded her focus into commercial and investment real estate, working with investors, operators, and partners across asset types.
She is a co-founder of Freedom Multifamily Acquisitions, LLC and has direct ownership experience, including the acquisition of a 128-unit apartment community. Kari is also actively involved in commercial education and deal analysis, with a particular interest in how early-stage constraints — timing, infrastructure, financing, and operations — impact outcomes long before a deal reaches the market.
In addition to brokerage work, Kari leads and hosts WISE Network Nights, a national forum supporting women in commercial real estate investing through education, connection, and real-world insight.
