Born and raised in Denver, Kari's intimate knowledge of the city and the surrounding mountains forms the bedrock of her success. Her journey began with honing an eye for detail through interior design studies at the Art Institute of Colorado and Closet Genie. This foundation proved invaluable in her future ventures, which encompassed diverse roles in finance, law, and industrial design.
A Turning Point and Flourishing Career:
Kari's career path took a fascinating turn in 2012. Although she had been entrenched in the financial side of foreclosures since 2007, her passion for real estate ignited. This newfound interest wasn't just a spark; it was a bonfire. She dove headfirst into the world of lending, acquiring her first property in 2012 to gain firsthand experience. To solidify her knowledge and pursue her passion further, Kari went on to obtain her Mortgage Loan Originator license in 2016. This multifaceted approach not only bolstered her financial expertise but also fueled her desire to guide others on their own real estate journeys.
Taking the Helm and Leading Beyond:
Kari's unwavering commitment extends beyond professional excellence. Her active involvement in the Knolls Homeowners Association demonstrates her dedication to community. In 2020, she obtained her real estate agent license, marking a turning point in her career.
Undeterred by challenges, Kari's vision extends beyond traditional real estate. She actively pursues innovation: participating in the Multifamily Mindset Mentorship program, co-founding Freedom Multifamily Acquisitions, LLC, and becoming the Denver Chapter Leader for WISE (Women Investing in Real Estate).
Leveraging her extensive background, Kari has become a distinguished luxury real estate agent. Since her career shift in 2012, her passion for the industry has only grown. To further hone her skills and cater to a discerning clientele, Kari obtained prestigious designations like CREN, CELA, and CBDA. Additionally, she is a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, ensuring she stays at the forefront of the luxury market. This dedication to excellence extends beyond designations. Kari's recent acquisition of a 128-unit apartment complex exemplifies her ambition to redefine possibilities in the real estate industry.
