Born and raised in Denver, Kari's intimate knowledge of the city and its surrounding mountain regions forms the foundation of her success. Her journey began with an eye for detail, cultivated through interior design studies at the Art Institute of Colorado and experience at Closet Genie. This foundation proved invaluable as she transitioned into roles spanning finance, law, and industrial design, each contributing to her unique expertise in real estate.

A Turning Point and a Flourishing Career

Kari's career took a pivotal turn in 2012 when she purchased her first home, igniting a passion for real estate that has only grown stronger. Building on her experience in the financial side of foreclosures since 2007, Kari expanded her skill set by earning her Mortgage Loan Originator license in 2016. This hands-on knowledge fueled her desire to guide others through their own real estate journeys.

Her commitment to excellence led to her real estate agent licensure in 2020, further solidifying her presence in the industry. Kari has since earned prestigious designations such as CREN, CELA, and CBDA, and is a proud member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, ensuring she remains at the forefront of the luxury market.

Taking the Helm in Residential and Commercial Real Estate

Kari’s passion extends beyond traditional real estate. She co-founded Freedom Multifamily Acquisitions, LLC, and actively participates in the Multifamily Mindset Mentorship program, demonstrating her commitment to innovation. In June 2023, Kari achieved another milestone by acquiring a 128-unit apartment complex, exemplifying her growing expertise in commercial real estate.

As the Denver Chapter Leader for WISE (Women Investing in Real Estate), Kari empowers other women to achieve success in commercial real estate, blending her leadership skills with her dedication to creating opportunities for others.

Kari’s dedication to community shines through her active involvement with the Knolls Homeowners Association and her support of organizations like Habitat for Humanity and Project Angel Heart.
