We provide an amenity starter kit that includes essential toiletries and basic cleaning supplies. Furthermore, the home is meticulously inspected and cleaned after each move-out, with inventory fully restocked. The condo is fully furnished with linens, kitchenware - just bring your clothes and toiletries! Available long term, ask about rates! $75 one-time community fee for all move-ins.
